Appointment Cancellation Policy

Thank you for entrusting Glow with your Medical Aesthetic needs.


Due to the increased demand for appointments, we will be implementing a few minor changes to our booking/cancellation policies.

A credit card authorization is now required to book all future appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a fee of $50, and No-Call No-Shows will be charged a fee of $100. An automatic $50 deposit will be taken for all Saturday appointments (the deposit will be applied to the price of the treatment at checkout).

Cancellations can be made via call, text, or email. However, cancellations via social media will not be honored as valid, and the above polices will apply. Please take our time into consideration when booking your appointments.  The staff at Glow appreciates your continued support!
