Ali Jones
Family Nurse Practitioner / Medical Director / Owner
Ali is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced certifications in Botox and dermal fillers, advanced aesthetics, anti-aging medicine, medically supervised weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare—primarily focused on skin management and infection control—Ali brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, artistry, and compassionate care to every patient interaction.
Driven by her passion for both healthcare and skincare, Ali founded Glow Medical Aesthetics in her hometown of Wallingford, Connecticut, with a mission to help clients enhance, restore, and achieve their natural glow from the inside out. During each consultation, she takes the time to thoroughly educate clients, discuss personalized options, and collaborate on a customized treatment plan designed to meet their individual beauty & wellness goals.
Committed to staying at the forefront of her field, Ali continually invests in her professional development through extensive in-person and online trainings. Her dedication to mastering the latest techniques and evidence-based practices ensures that every client receives safe, effective, and cutting-edge treatment. Ali earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University and remains devoted to delivering the highest standard of care in medical aesthetics & wellness.

Hannah is a registered nurse with a passion for aesthetics and wellness. She specializes in laser hair removal, vitamin therapies, and weight-loss programs. Caitlin Houston is the Office Manager at Glow Medical Aesthetics, known for keeping the practice running seamlessly while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client. With a blend of organization, creativity, and genuine care, she supports both the team and the patient journey from behind the scenes. Caitlin’s dedication helps Glow deliver the elevated, stress-free environment where clients can discover their inner Glow.

Sara joined the Glow team in July 2023 after falling in love with it as a client. She began with the medical weight-loss program, achieved amazing results, and now helps others transform through personalized plans and supportive nutrition guidance.She holds a BSN from Goodwin University and offers services including vitamin injections, laser hair removal, chemical peels, IV therapy, and facials—blending clinical expertise with a touch of glam.Outside of Glow, Sara is an OR nurse at St. Francis Hospital and lives in Wallingford with her son, Avery, and their dog, Violet.
